How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to ship your order out within 2 working days.
- For local orders within Singapore:
The estimated delivery time via Singapore post is 2 working days.
- For international orders (except to the US):
The estimated delivery time of tracked delivery via Singapore post is 7-24 working days, depending on your country and city. DM or email me (quietlyforged@gmail.com) for more info.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking link to help you monitor the delivery of your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except the United States at the moment.
- All international orders will be shipped by Singapore post. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Quietly Forged does not cover the costs of import duties, taxes, and custom fees that are levied by the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for any charges imposed by local customs authorities. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
Please let us know via email or Instagram DM if you need to make any changes to your order or shipping address before it ships, as it is not possible to make changes after it has been shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do kindly read the product descriptions carefully, confirm your sizing, and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
What if my order arrives incorrect?

Material & Care
What material do you use?
Each order comes with a care card, ring box/pouch and a complimentary silver cloth.
All pieces by Quietly Forged are made with 925 sterling silver . It is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, typically copper or zinc, which makes the silver more durable for everyday wear.
How do I care for my jewellery?
- In order to keep them shiny, simply polish with a soft cloth regularly to remove any tarnish that may develop over time. You may also use mild soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush for deeper cleaning, then rinse with warm water.
- As with any jewellery, do avoid wearing while swimming, showering, or engaging in strenuous activities.
- Avoid contact with any harsh chemicals such as lotions and perfumes.
- Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
